Rattlesnakes? Why the Name?
Rattlesnakes? Rattlesnake meat? No. We specialize in homegrown, 21 day-aged beef and premium pasture raised, clean chicken. Our name is taken from the Rattlesnake Creek that runs through areas of our farm and ranch pastures.
Matt and Marci Wooster have worked and lived on remote farms and ranches in Georgia, Wyoming and Kansas. Matt coordinates pasture grazing plans for beef cattle and pastured, clean chicken and everything in between for Rattlesnake. Marci raises their two girls at home, while helping with Rattlesnake Meat Company. Your order supports a small American ranch, not the Big Four packers. Your beef is 21-day aged. Your chicken is pasture-raised, non-GMO, soy-free, and non medicated. Every cut is honest, traceable, and packed by our family. No corporations, no factory lines and no subsidies.

How Do You Ship Frozen Protein?
Your order ships frozen in an insulated box with dry ice on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Even if the dry ice is gone when it arrives, the meat will still be cold and safe to freeze.
