Rattlesnakes? Why the Name?

Rattlesnakes? Rattlesnake meat? No. We specialize in homegrown, 21 day-aged beef and premium pasture raised, clean chicken. Our name is taken from the Rattlesnake Creek that runs through areas of our farm and ranch pastures.

Matt and Marci Wooster have worked and lived on remote farms and ranches in Georgia, Wyoming and Kansas. Matt coordinates pasture grazing plans for beef cattle and pastured, clean chicken and everything in between for Rattlesnake. Marci raises their two girls at home, while helping with Rattlesnake Meat Company.
